Add employees here. Each one gets a 4-digit PIN to log in. Archived employees stay in the records but can no longer sign in.
Create jobs and define tasks under each job. Employees select a job, then see only its tasks. Toggle Active/Archived to show or hide a job from the employee dropdown.
After editing jobs and tasks, click Publish to push updates to the cloud. All employees will auto-sync when they open the app.

Rates are set per project in Projects tab when you choose EBA or Non-EBA type. Default rates: Non EBA = $55/hr, EBA = $62.21/hr. You can override per project.
Pull all timesheets between two dates from the cloud and download a single Excel workbook.
Download a JSON file containing every timesheet, employee, project and audit entry — keep this somewhere safe in case the cloud is ever lost.
Select one or many .xlsx files exported from this app (or any workbook with a Task Breakdown / All Tasks sheet). Each week is grouped by employee and pushed to the cloud as submitted. Existing weeks with the same id are overwritten.
